This private ensuite room has plenty of space to spread out after a day exploring — Newgrange, Monasterboice, and Old Mellifont Abbey are all close by, and Funtasia and Emerald Park aren't far if the kids need to burn off energy. Carlingford and the coast are an easy drive too. Your own fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster mean breakfast happens on your schedule, not anyone else's. Self check-in runs 3pm–9pm, so there's no need to coordinate arrival — message ahead if you're landing later. Free WiFi, free on-site parking, and a proper break waiting at the end of the drive.

What room types are available?
We offer three private ensuite rooms overlooking farmland and mountains: a Deluxe Room (king bed, sleeps 2), a Balcony Room (sleeps 2 with a private outdoor balcony), and a Family Room (king bed + bunk beds, sleeps up to 4).
What are the key house rules?
No pets, parties, or indoor smoking (outdoor/balcony smoking only). Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Free cots for kids under 2 and extra guest beds (€25/night) are available upon request.
Where is the property and is there parking?
Located at Lismanus, Dunleer, Co. Louth (A92 Y7R2), directly off the M1 with free on-site parking. We are ~50 minutes from Dublin Airport and ~20 minutes from Drogheda MacBride Station.
How does check-in work?
Self check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (contact us in advance for late arrivals), and check-out is by 11:30 AM. You'll receive your room details via message at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
Is breakfast provided?
It’s self-catering. Every room has its own fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle, pre-stocked with bread, milk, butter, jam, tea, and coffee.
