Sos Stays (Power Rangers Ltd, CRO 746631) is a property management company operating in Ireland, managing short-term rental properties on behalf of individual property owners. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you visit our website, make an enquiry, or book a stay through one of our managed properties' direct-booking pages (e.g. sosstays.com/rathescar-grove).
This policy covers sosstays.com and its property pages — it does not cover how Booking.com, Airbnb, or Vrbo handle data on their own platforms, which are governed by those platforms' own privacy policies.

- Service providers who support our operations (e.g. email or booking software), under their own data protection obligations
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep booking and correspondence records for as long as needed to deliver your stay and meet our legal obligations (e.g. financial record-keeping requirements under Irish law), after which it is deleted or anonymised. If you've opted into marketing emails, we keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.
