How does check-in work?
Self check-in is via lockbox with a key, from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM, with late check-out available up to 9:00 PM on request, subject to availability. Message us in advance if you're arriving later than expected.
What are the key house rules?
Quiet hours after 10:00 PM — no loud sounds late in the evening. Not suitable for parties or events. No smoking inside the house. Pets are welcome, and you'll likely be greeted by Tommy, the farm's resident dog.
What's the sleeping setup?
One double bed plus two genuine sofa beds (real beds, not a fee-based extra). Sleeps 2 adults + 3 kids, or 3 adults + 1 child.
Is there a TV or WiFi?
WiFi is strong throughout. There's no TV in the studio — it's designed as a genuine disconnection space, away from the usual digital noise.
Meet the Artist ?
Yes — upon request, you can join on-site art sessions with the resident artist. It's a magical addition to your stay; sometimes the best way to truly unwind is through art.
Can we see the farm animals or meet the farmer?
Yes — cows, hens, and sheep are on-site, and Tommy the dog will likely greet you on arrival. You can request a farm tour with Joe, who manages the farm, subject to his availability. A local artist and farm owner also runs on-site art sessions guests can join when space allows.
